Beaujolais Nouveau and Pot-au-feu. Dominique's traditional Pot-au-feu will be there to accompany the tasting of Beaujolais Nouveau.

- Sunday 24 November:
Beaujolais and roasted Camembert! And yes, at golf, some players work during the week, for that, catch-up session of Beaujolais Nouveau, served with roasted camembert accompanied by cold meats and salad.
