Golfers’ info – Extreme heat spell

Golf practice (course, practice, education) takes place outdoors and may expose you to
several hours at high temperatures.
We recommend in particular :
* To prioritize departures (or practice training) as early as possible when possible,
* Reduce the intensity of physical activities during the hottest periods,
* To postpone, shorten or reorganize certain activities (course, practice, education) when
conditions require it,
* To regularly look for shaded areas on the route,
* To wear a cap, un chapeau ou d’utiliser un parapluie pour se protéger du soleil,
* Apply appropriate sun protection,
* To limit your training and/or classes to 1 time between 12:00 p.m. & 18h00,
* Hydrate regularly before, during and after the game, without waiting for the feeling of thirst.
People with a weakened physical condition, suffering from a chronic illness or
feeling not in great shape must exercise increased vigilance and avoid any intensive practice
during periods of high heat.

Instructions above with additional :
– Access & playing golf on the authorized course before 12:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m..
– Entre 12H00 & 18H00 :
o The course is closed.
o Limit your driving range training to 30 minutes,
o Limit your lessons to 30 minutes.
o People with a weakened physical condition, suffering from an illness
chronic or not feeling in great shape should not practice for reasons of
precaution.
