Subscription interruption contract

IN THE EVENT OF A SUBSCRIPTION INTERRUPTION :

Your card covers the reimbursement of the annual subscription purchased from a golf course and not consumed when the insured has to discontinue his subscription, for a period of more than 60 days and in case of occurrence after the subscription start date of one of the following events :

• Accident
• Disease, including relapse
• Death
• Professional transfer ñ 100 km
• Dismissal
• Divorce or separation
• Pregnancy

The reimbursement relates exclusively to the number of unused days, less a period of 1 months.

The maximum amount reimbursed is fixed at 3 000 € per subscription.
