A studious effervescence on the fairways of the Chanalets
As soon as the deconfinement is announced, registrations to Grand Prix coupled with the Mid-Amateurs of Chanalets Bourg-lès-Valence flew to exceed the 100 participants.
For this first federal competition of the season, we felt the fervor and a little uncertainty combined to face the first stresses of the year, the desire for good scores could be read on the faces of all the players, even masked.
The Chanalets course was ready to welcome the hopes and performances of these swing gladiators. In these bitter fights but without violence ,
Angelina BORG MALAC Aix Les Bains golf course, raid the highest step of the podium among the Women followed by Faustine ERRECADE from Marseille Salet and Julia PAVIET de Charmeil.
The best of the Gentlemen in the arena, Stanislas SZTUR, of the Lyon Golf Club,
with a nice score of 148,
ahead Quentin DION and Yoan AUNET, Chanalets.
Classic Mid-Amateurs players, the elders, from 25 years have not been unworthy with podiums close to the Grand Prix score.

at men's, Olivier MAIRE du Training Center Aix, Guillaume COUSTON from Aix Les Bains and Maxime DUPONT de Massane.
The awards ceremony took place in two stages, doubly practical to respect the sanitary instructions and the schedules of the curfew : 17h30 for the Grand Prix and 1h30 later for the Classic Mid-Amateurs.
A well-deserved double ovation for the volunteers, referees, the gardeners and reception teams, Thanks and cheering applause to close this beautiful event.

Some lessons from the Grand Prix:
Nelson comes to the rescue of some players in search of apprenticeship. This damn injury to the ego that makes you lose your common sense; be mistaken, miss a ball, it's not losing but learning. Thanks to Mr Mandela for his lesson in life, “i never lose, either I win, either I learn”.
Even often used, recalling this quote at the start of the season is essential to put some poor performance into perspective…
